PAPER SUBMISSION
(ORAL AND POSTER PRESENTATION)
Paper must be submitted through the conference website: www.lloydpharmacy.edu.in/internationalconference.nep via the following steps:

- Step-2: Abstract Acceptance
- Step-3: Full Paper Submission
GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT PREPARATION
- Abstract title and content must be allocated to a specific Theme. For a complete listing of Themes, Click here.
- The presenting author must be listed as the first author.
- The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission.
- Abstract should represent the original work.
- Informative abstracts and critical abstracts would be accepted.
- Please download the Abstract Template and follow the format carefully.
- The abstract should be submitted in the format of MS Word. The text should be in Times New Roman font, 1.5 Line Spacing, 12 point and A4 size paper with 1 inch margin on all sides.
- Abstract must be prepared in clear English language with correct grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
- Abstract Title: Limited to 20 words in Bold, Centered, Upper Case
- Presenting/First Author and Co-authors Details:
- Full Name of Presenting Author*, Full Name of Co-authors
- Affiliation Details: Department, Institution Name, City, State (if relevant), Country- Pin Code
- *Email of presenting author
- Abstract Text: Limited to 250 words
- Keywords: Maximum 5 keywords must be mentioned in the abstract.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
- Submit your abstract through Abstract Submission
- After submission, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Once you prepared your abstract according to the above guidelines:
ABSTRACT ACCEPTPTANCE
- Submitted abstracts will be reviewed and evaluated by the Scientific Committee for: 1. Clarity of Aims/Objectives/Expected outcomes; 2. Relevance to the conference themes.
- Acceptance would be communicated within a week time along with the Paper id.
- Further communication in this regard must bear this Paper id for reference.
- Check your Abstract Acceptance
FULL PAPER SUBMISSION
- Once the abstract is accepted, presenting author would be required to send their full Paper not exceeding 5000 words including tables and figures.
- Please download the Full Paper Template and follow the format carefully.
- Paper should be submitted in the format of MS Word.
- The text should be in Times New Roman font, 1.5 Line Spacing, 12 point and A4 size paper with 1 inch margin on all sides.
- References should be cited at the end of the paper. This list should mention only those sources cited in the text of the paper
- All the tables and figures must be serially numbered.
- Author would have to certify that the material is unpublished, as well as original. It is the responsibility of author to obtain permission to reprint previously published matter with copyright restrictions.
- Correspondence and proofs for correction will be sent to presenting author.

ORAL PRESENTATION SPECIFICATIONS
- The oral presentations have to be presented in pptx format (maximum 25 slides).
- The presentation title and paper id should be mentioned in slide-1.
- Presentations should be prepared by using suitable background and font size to make it more readable.
- Only major points or trends should be illustrated and not the detailed data.
- Content of presentation can be split into sections as per requirement.
- Date and time of presentation will be notified to the presenting author on his/her registered email id.
- The presenter needs to be available for the entire duration of their presentation slot for review process.
- 10 minutes time would be allotted for presentation and 2 minutes for question-and-answer round.
- It is recommended that the authors keep at least two copies of presentation, in case there is a problem with one.
POSTER SPECIFICATIONS
- The Poster should be 36" x 48" (Portrait).
- The poster title should be displayed prominently at the top of the poster and Paper id on the left corner.
- Text should be brief and well organized and can be split in different sections like Introduction / objective, materials and methods, Results and discussion
- and conclusion as per requirement.
- The typeface chosen should be a simple, clear and visible in poster format.
- Table, Graphs and figures used should be clear and visible.
- Date and time of your presentation will be notified to you on your registered email id.
- The author needs to be present for the entire duration of presentation slot for review process.
PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITY
Selected papers will be published in Peer reviewed indexed journals /proceedings books depending on the scope of the paper and its relevance.
AWARDS
- Both posters and oral presentations would be evaluated by the Judges for the relevance to the conference theme, quality content, presentation skills and
- satisfactory response to queries.
- Best oral presentation and best poster would be awarded at the Valedictory.
- Decision of the judges would be final
