Dr. Praveen Kumar Arora

Dr. Praveen Kumar Arora holds a Ph.D. in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) along with M.Pharm and B.Pharm, and is GATE qualified (IIT Kanpur). He has over 23 years of academic and professional experience as Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Lecturer, and Subject Analyst. His teaching expertise includes Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, and Analytical Chemistry. His research interests focus on drug design, molecular docking, organic synthesis, and molecular thermodynamic simulations. His Ph.D. research involved the design and synthesis of heterocyclic compounds for anticancer evaluation. He has authored research papers in reputed journals and written the book “Name Reactions & Organic Drugs Synthesis (The Mechanistic Approach)”. He also holds two design patents granted by the Government of India. Dr. Arora has guided M.Pharm research projects and participated in several academic workshops and conferences. He worked under the mentorship of Dr. T.R. Juneja and Dr. R.K. Khar, eminent academicians in pharmaceutical sciences. He is a Registered Pharmacist with the Rajasthan State Pharmacy Council and Life Member of IPGA.
