Dr. Lalit Kumar Tyagi

Dr. Lalit is a confident, self-motivated, passionate teacher with more than 18 years of academic, research, and administrative work experience. 

He has been awarded a Ph.D. in pharmacy with efficient research work on a “Novel Drug Delivery System”. Dr. Lalit completed his M.Pharm. (Pharmaceutics) from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow in 2006 and B.Pharm. from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), Bhopal in 2004. 

His primary research interest lies broadly in formulation development, novel drug delivery systems, nanoformulation etc. 

His scholarly dedication is evident in his extensive publication record, encompassing more than 75 publications in reputed national and international journals with 1200+ citations, h-index- 18 and i10-index-26. More than 30 national/international patent grants/publications have been credited to him. He has supervised more than 60 Ph.D. & PG students.

Dr. Lalit is serving as a reviewer and editorial board member of several reputed journals. He has also participated in and presented his research work at more than 50 conferences/seminars/workshops.

He has received several grants from AICTE, AKTU etc. and also received the Best Paper Presentation Award in 1^st APP Annual National Convention on 7^th April, 2012.

He has a lifetime member of various professional bodies like: Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI), Uttar Pradesh Association for Science and Technology Advancement (UPASTA), Association of Pharmacy Professionals (APP) etc.
