Dr. Archna

Assistant Professor

Dr. Archna has recently completed her Ph.D. in Pharmacology from NIPER, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali. She holds an M.S. (Pharm.) in Pharmacology & Toxicology from NIPER-Raebareli, where she was a gold medalist. She completed her B. Pharmacy with distinction, also earning a gold medal, from B.P.S. Mahila Vishwavidyalaya, Sonipat. Her academic achievements include qualifying GPAT with an all-India rank of 320 and securing good ranks in NIPER JEE exams in 2017 (AIR 381) and 2019 (AIR 10). Archna has been recognized internationally, receiving awards like Dr. Harihara Mehendale Graduate Student Best Abstract Award (SOT 2022, USA) and ASIO International Travel Awards (SOT, USA). Her research focuses on male germ cell toxicity, metal toxicity, diabetes mellitus and oxidative stress. She has published more than 20 research and review papers in peer-reviewed journals, including Mutation Research, Molecular Neurobiology, Frontiers in Neuroscience, Chemical Research in Toxicology and Journal of Biochemical and Molecular Toxicology. Additionally, Archna has contributed chapters to academic books and actively participated in international conferences, presenting her research. Archna has strong technical expertise in in-vivo studies, histopathology, molecular and biochemical techniques, making significant contributions to the fields of toxicology, neurobiology and nanomedicine.
