World Pharmacist Day 2021

World Pharmacist Day was celebrated on 24th September, 2021 at Lloyd’s Campus. The event started with Saraswati Vandana followed by a motivational speech by Dr. Vandana Arora Sethi, Group Director, Lloyd Group of Institutions. Later the day was engaged by the events such as declamation and a quiz competition along with poster making competition.

Students had shown keen interest by participating in the contents. Topic of the declamation was on the theme “Pharmacy: Always Trusted for your Health”. Students of various semesters of Diploma and Degree expressed their opinions and were later evaluated by our Judges.

Later after the Declamation, a Quiz Competition was held, including multiple rounds. Each round of the quiz progressed with difficulty level and complexity. There were 8 teams in total, each consisting of 2 participants. The questions were mainly focused on general Pharmacy and covering its various verticals.

The winners were awarded trophies and all the participants got their participation certificates. Lloyd’s Research & Publication Director, Prof. Kanchan Kohli blessed the students with motivational talk and also distributed the prizes. The event was a great success.
