Pharmacy students of Lloyd Institute of Management & Technology attended an online webinar titled “Career Roadmap in Smart Manufacturing: Technical, Digital and Managerial Skills Needed” on 11 February 2026. The webinar was conducted by ICT Academy of Tamil Nadu as part of its unique online webinar series aimed at preparing students for future industry demands.

Objective of the Webinar:

The primary objective of the webinar was to guide students on building successful careers in Industry 4.0–driven manufacturing environments by developing a combination of technical expertise, digital capabilities, and managerial skills. The session focused on preparing emerging professionals for the evolving ecosystem of smart factories and advanced manufacturing systems.
