Webinar 5.0 was organized on August 6th 2022 on the topic “Growing opportunities in Pharmacy Profession”. Dr. Sanjay Rajpal; Country Manager- India & Neighboring Countries, Ypsomed India Pvt. Ltd. encouraged the students toward Profession of Pharmacy. He explained the various scope of pharmacy after intermediate in pharmacy sector, which closely related to the target identification like being biochemist, pharmacologist, and more. He stressed upon the commitment and devotion towards the goal & said there are no shot-cuts to it. He shared his experience as a student and sorted various queries which comes to a student mind. He emphasized that the Pharmaceutical Industry has the highest growth rate. He stated the various Government organizations where a pharma professional can get an opportunity to work. He briefed the path of drug from the stage of product development to the marketing and various phases a drug undergo during this entire process. He also shared various government job opportunities that one can get after completing his or her studies in pharmacy.

He also quoted that sky is the limit for an individual to grow in the field of pharmacy and assured the upcoming students that Pharmacy is a right career choice.
