The CCCRTP Cell of Lloyd Institute of Management & Technology successfully organized a campus interview for SR Medicare Private Limited on 24th April 2026. The objective of the drive was to provide final-year B. Pharm. students with an opportunity to secure employment and gain exposure to the professional recruitment process in the pharmaceutical industry.
Pre-Placement Talk
The event began with a Pre-Placement Talk delivered by the representatives of SR Medicare Private Limited. The session provided an overview of the company, its vision, work culture, and the roles offered. Students were also briefed about job responsibilities, expectations, and growth opportunities within the organization. The session was interactive, allowing students to clarify their queries and understand the company’s requirements better.
Selection Process
The recruitment process was conducted in multiple stages to assess candidates comprehensively. It included:
- Group Discussion round for preliminary screening of candidates
- Technical Interview to assess subject knowledge and practical understanding
