A pool campus placement drive was successfully organized at Lloyd Institute of Management & Technology on 28th April 2025 for the position of Medical Coder, targeting students from the Pharmacy discipline. The event was conducted in collaboration with ChirokHealth India Pvt. Ltd., a reputed healthcare solutions provider.

Company Overview:

ChirokHealth India Pvt. Ltd. specializes in delivering high-quality medical coding services to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems. Their core focus lies in accurate clinical documentation and compliance, ensuring seamless processing of healthcare data and insurance claims.

Drive Highlights:

• The drive began with a pre-placement talk by the HR team from ChirokHealth, who briefed the students on the company’s operations, the role of a medical coder, growth prospects, and the training process.
• The recruitment process comprised an initial aptitude test followed by personal interviews. Candidates were evaluated on subject knowledge, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Outcome:

04 students were successfully selected for the Medical Coding position. These students will receive their official offer letters shortly and proceed with onboarding and training as scheduled by ChirokHealth India Pvt. Ltd.

Conclusion:

The placement drive concluded on a successful note with positive feedback from both the company and participating students. The initiative provided a significant opportunity for Pharmacy students to launch their careers in the medical coding industry.
