Friday, January 6^th 2023: On Friday, January 6, Lloyd hosted a lavish welcoming celebration for new students that were only open to pharmacy students from both of our campuses. It's the day when juniors and seniors come together to finally commemorate their shared membership in the college. The décor and performances was drama-packed exquisite considering the topic of the day was the popular Netflix Show "Wednesday."

The party started off with a bang thanks to the throbbing atmosphere, flashing lights, and foot-tapping music, and the excitement increased to a happy high. Each event was preceded by a diverse entertainment programme that included beatboxing, singing, folk dances, solo dances, and fusion dances. The kids put forth endless effort to create shows that entertained the prestigious audience and compelled them to come up on stage and participate in the fun.

The choosing of Miss Fresher and Mr. Fresher of the individual sections was the most intriguing aspect of the proceedings. A jury made up of senior faculty members and student representatives chose the candidates for these awards based on their talent, wit, and insightful responses to the question rounds, as well as their appearance.

The final titles were given out by Dr. Vandana Arora Sethi, Group Director, Dr. Alka Jyoti, Admissions Director, Dr. Daksh Batia, Principal LSP, and Mr. Rajeev, Dean, LSP.

Pragya from LIMT & Radhika from LSP won the Miss Freshers title. Mohit from LSP and Tushar Baisoya from LIMT won the title of Mr. Freshers. The other titles, such as Miss Talented, went to Sakshi Anand, while Sahrad Rajput received Mr. Talented. Prarabdhi and Nitesh respectively received the titles of Miss Diva and Mr. Handsome.

The celebration came to an end with some infectious music that promised to get everyone moving on the dance floor: "The magic in the air turned into the chords of pulsating rhythmic hearts and bonds for the year that lay ahead."
