A Debate Competition, Pharma Dialogues, was successfully conducted for pharmacy students on June 4, 2025. The event commenced at 11:00 AM and was marked by enthusiastic participation from the students, with 21 participants stepping forward to engage in intellectual discourse. The debate showcased an impressive blend of wit, rhetoric, and pharmaceutical expertise, creating an atmosphere of lively academic engagement and thoughtful argumentation. The competition was judged by Dr. Syed Salman Ali (Associate Professor), whose expertise and fair assessment added great value to the event.

Competition Overview

Participants showcased their oratory skills and critical thinking, tackling relevant and thought-provoking topics. The event not only honed their communication abilities but also deepened their understanding of pressing issues in the pharmaceutical field. The competition featured dynamic discussions on pressing topics such as Digital Dose: E-Pharmacy, Telemedicine, and AI in Healthcare; Make in India Pharma: Industry, Innovation, and Atmanirbhar Bharat; and Mental Health Matters: Pharma, Society, and Stigma.

The event was a resounding success, reflecting the passion and preparedness of the students and highlighting the importance of such activities in shaping well-rounded pharmacy professionals. After a highly competitive series of debates, Bhoomika and Alok Sharma emerged as the winners, earning praise for their clarity, confidence, and command over the subject matter.
