Report Overview:

Lloyd Group of Institutions successfully conducted the Interdepartment Sports Competition 2025 with the objective of motivating students to prioritize physical activity and fostering a healthy competitive spirit. The event was organized at the sports ground of Lloyd College and received an enthusiastic response from across departments of the Lloyd Group.

Teams from PHARMACY, BBA, MBA, PGDM, and B.TECH, among others, actively participated in various sports categories. This year witnessed an impressive participation count, with nearly twenty teams competing—marking a record turnout for the event.

The competition was inaugurated on 27th November 2025 by Dr. Ripudaman Gaur, Professor and Dean, Lloyd Business School, who encouraged all participants to demonstrate excellent performance and uphold true sportsmanship.

The final day and Award Ceremony was graced by Dr. Lalit Kumar Tyagi, Principal, LIMT, along with esteemed faculty members from various departments of the Lloyd Group of Institutions.

The winners were honored with trophies and medals, celebrating their hard work, dedication, and sporting excellence.

Key Events:

1.Volleyball:

In the final tussle B.Tech beat BBA and claimed the first position.

2. Cricket:

The cricket tournament had everyone at the edge of their seats. After an intense game between MBA and BBA, - MBA took the cup with their spectacular performance.

3. Kabaddi:

Chanting and claiming their game, Kabaddi was singlehandedly taken by B.Tech 2^nd year with B.Tech 1^st year falling to a close second place.

4. Badminton: Winner in Double (Surender LLB and Chirag BBA –Boys)
