Twenty-three students of M. Pharm visited HiGlance Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. where they were briefed about the various departments inside the Industry. They visited the warehouse where they learned the storage norms for raw and packaging materials followed by dispensing are, washing areas, and granulation areas.

Students were acquainted with the various tablet and capsule-filling machines. The operator explained different tablet defects and techniques for coating pellets and granules. Students visited the packaging area which was divided into two parts: primary and secondary packaging.

They were detailed about the criteria for selecting packaging materials as well as different types of packaging.

In the end, the plant head gave an overview of the company’s growth and achievements. In all, it was a great learning experience for students.
