Expert Talk VII-“How to Make an Ever-Flourishing Career in Healthcare”

Saturday, June 19th 2021:  A Guest Lecture was organized 19th June 2021 on the topic   on “How to Make an Ever-Flourishing Career in Healthcare” The speaker was Mr. Johnson Mathew - CHRO, Cadila Group of Companies. He is also known as Engineer by Heart and HR by Soul”!!! He was welcomed by Dr. Soam, Director, LBS. He shared his 25+ years experience with the students that how he came up all way from scratch and grew. He stated that there is no shortcut to success. He briefed that Simplicity, Perseverance, Patience, Integrity, Politeness are the qualities that grow a person individually to succeed as well as to prove beneficial for the society. He shared an example that how one can turn even his opponents, if any into his workmates. He motivated students and said that Integrity, Intelligence, Idea & Energy makes one best in the HR Domain. Students sorted a lot many queries from him and in the end he was presented E- Certificate by Dr. Soam.
