Artistic Plethora Club of Lloyd Institute of Management & Technology (Pharmacy) celebrated Diwali Function " Shubh Deepotsav – Festival of Lights " 2025 with great enthusiasm and joy at the Lloyd Campus on 16th Oct 2025.

Several competitions such as rangoli making, diya decoration, Mehendi and traditional attire contests were organized. Students from all years participated enthusiastically, displaying their artistic talents and festive spirit. The beautifully designed rangolis at the entrance added color and charm to the celebration, while the diya decorations symbolized hope and positivity.

The event was graced by an esteemed panel of judges Dr. Kalpana (Associate Professor), Dr. Niti Sharma (Assistant Professor), and Dr. Poonam Sharma (Assistant Professor) who evaluated the participants for Rangoli, diya and Mehendi. Dr. Shilpa Pahwa (Professor and Vice Principal) and Dr. Pankaj Bhatt (Associate Professor) judged the contest for Best Ethnic Attire.

The winners were felicitated by the Vice Principal during the closing ceremony.

2nd – Kunal and Misba (B. Ph 3rd yr)

3rd – Ananya and Aanya Rawat (B. Ph 3rd yr)

  • Diya Decoration: 1st – Vansh Kohli (B. Ph 1st Yr)

2nd – Vipul Mehram (B. Ph 4th Yr)

3rd- Himanshu (B. Ph 2nd Yr)

  • Mehendi Competition: 1st – Vishakha (B. Ph 4th Yr)

2nd – Sanchi Jindal (B. Ph 1st yr)

3rd – Chanchal (B. Ph 2nd yr)

  • Traditional Attire: Male – Khushiram (B. Ph 4th Yr)

Female – Mohisha Gupta (B. Ph 1st Yr)

Their talent and enthusiasm added immense value to the celebration.

The event was overall coordinated by Dr. Shivani Singh, Dr. Meenakshi & Ms. Savita Bhati with the wholehearted support of the faculty members and student volunteers of the Artistic Pletora club. Their efforts ensured smooth organization, timely conduct, and active participation throughout the session.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Shilpa Pahwa Vice Principal, expressing gratitude to the management, faculty, and students for their cooperation and support in making the celebration a grand success. In her address, Vice Principal appreciated the students efforts and reminded everyone about celebrating Diwali in an eco-friendly manner.
