Introduction:

A campus recruitment drive was conducted by Care Health Insurance Limited on 10 March 2026 for the students of the final year pharmacy program at Lloyd Institute of Management and Technology, Greater Noida. The recruitment drive was organized by the Training & Placement Cell with the objective of providing employment opportunities to pharmacy graduates in the healthcare insurance sector.

Care Health Insurance Limited is a specialized health insurance provider in India offering a range of services including health insurance, personal accident insurance, maternity coverage, and critical illness plans. The company operates across India with a wide network of hospitals and healthcare partners and focuses on customer-centric services and efficient claim management.

Pre-Placement Talk:

The recruitment process commenced with a Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) conducted by the company representatives. During the session, the representatives introduced the organization, its vision, services, and work culture. Students were briefed about the Medical Claims Trainee position, job responsibilities, career growth opportunities, and the selection procedure.

The key responsibilities discussed for the role included:

• Reviewing and verifying medical claims submitted by policyholders
• Analyzing medical documents and hospital records
• Coordinating with hospitals and internal teams for claim processing

Selection Process:

The campus recruitment process consisted of the following stages:

1. Aptitude/Screening Round – Students were shortpsted based on academic performance and initial screening.

2. Technical/Functional Interview – Candidates were assessed on their knowledge of pharmacology, medical terminology, and understanding of healthcare documentation.

3. HR Interview – Shortlisted candidates appeared for an HR interview focusing on communication skills, adaptability, and career aspirations.

Student Participation:

A significant number of final-year pharmacy students registered and participated in the recruitment drive. The event provided students with an opportunity to interact directly with industry professionals and gain insight into career opportunities in the health insurance and medical claims domain.

Outcome of the Drive:

Several students successfully cleared the interview rounds and were shortlisted for the position of Medical Claims Trainee. The selected candidates will undergo further onboarding and training as per the company’s recruitment process.
