The recruitment drive was organized by the Training & Placement Cell with the objective of providing employment opportunities to pharmacy graduates in the healthcare insurance sector.

Care Health Insurance Limited is a specialized health insurance provider in India offering a range of services including health insurance, personal accident insurance, maternity coverage, and critical illness plans. The company operates across India with a wide network of hospitals and healthcare partners and focuses on customer-centric services and efficient claim management.

Pre-Placement Talk:

The recruitment process commenced with a Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) conducted by the company representatives. During the session, the representatives introduced the organization, its vision, services, and work culture. Students were briefed about the Medical Claims Trainee position, job responsibilities, career growth opportunities, and the selection procedure.

The key responsibilities discussed for the role included:

3. HR Interview – Shortlisted candidates appeared for an HR interview focusing on communication skills, adaptability, and career aspirations.

Student Participation:

A significant number of final-year pharmacy students registered and participated in the recruitment drive. The event provided students with an opportunity to interact directly with industry professionals and gain insight into career opportunities in the health insurance and medical claims domain.

Outcome of the Drive:
